For many years, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnosis have been helping millions of people all
over the world eliminate negative behaviors, improve relationships, enhance job performance, improve communication
skills, and create happier, more successful lives.
Breakthroughs in our understanding of how mind, body, brain and emotions work together have now made it possible to change negative behaviors and feelings that have plagued a person for an entire lifetime, in just a few sessions. Moreover, these same techniques can be used to help anyone create the life of their dreams.
What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
Created in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP can perhaps best be described as the study of the structure of subjective experience. The aim of which is to gain control over one's internal experience. Nuero-Linguistic Programming is a set of powerful advanced communication techniques, derived from the fields of psychology, neurology, linguistics, and business, used to model excellence. NLP has formed behavior altering technology and a set of techniques for creating personal change, and the ability to choose one’s mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a normal and naturally occurring altered state of consciousness and awareness. It is a state we all experience from time to time in which the mind remains clear, alert and focused on something. Becoming really absorbed while watching a movie, or driving to work and not remembering the whole ride, are the same kinds of altered state as hypnosis. Hypnosis allows you to enter into a calm receptive state where you can focus on helpful intentions, and become open to your own suggestions. The purpose of clinical hypnosis is to help you gain more control over your behavior, emotions or physical well-being.
NLP & Hypnosis have been proven to be highly effective in the following areas:
Why is Hypnosis and NLP so effective?
People constantly decide to make positive changes or take action, only to find themselves reverting to their old habits. Frequently change seems very difficult, and sometimes almost impossible to make. The reason is in the structure of human mind. Just like an iceberg, what we see is only the tip. We have direct control over 5% of our conscious mind. However, we do not see the 95% that is our unconscious mind. It is the very thing that controls our heart rate, digestive system, breathing and countless other processes that we do not think about. When people create change on a conscious level, the change only affects the 5% surface level, ignoring the unconscious 95% that are responsible for their behavior. Conscious change requires a person to constantly pay attention. Conflicting feelings make change difficult, frustrating and often short lasting. Hypnosis and NLP are effective because, they provide us with tools and techniques to work with both the conscious and the unconscious minds. This makes change rapid, easy, lasting, self-fulfilling and powerful.
What is Hypnosis like?
Most people that have experienced hypnosis describe it as very relaxing and pleasant. This is because hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation and internal focus. The suggestions you receive from your hypnotist while in hypnosis are designed to assist you in accessing the internal wisdom inherent in all human beings. People wonder if they have really been hypnotized because hypnosis feels like such a normal state. You leave your hypnosis session feeling energized and with a feeling of inner peace.
Can anyone be Hypnotized?
Everyone can be hypnotized provided that they want to be. Successful hypnosis depends on your willingness to experience it.
What is the relationship between NLP and Hypnosis?
The developers of NLP, John Grinder and Richard Bandler, closely studied Dr. Milton H. Erickson's method of hypnotherapy to discover and understand the reasons for his consistent success in cases where traditional hypnotherapy failed. Their study of Dr. Erickson's work became the basis of NLP.
Is Hypnosis really safe?
YES. Hypnosis is absolutely safe. Unfortunately, most people think hypnosis as what they have seen in movies or performed by stage hypnotists. This could not be further from the truth. The hypnotist guides you through an experience, but ultimately you are in control. You can never be forced to do anything against your will or your personal values. The zombie-type states depicted in movies and on TV are pure fantasy.
Sessions, Appointments and Cancelation Policy:
